Construction of a dedicated vehicle access and pedestrian / cycle way to the Bare Creek Bike Park facility as follows:

Crozier Road

  • Provide all necessary surveys set outs and supply of As Built plans upon completion for all works
  • Installation of concrete kerb (for dedicated shared pedestrian / cyclist)
  • Removal of existing road line marking and installation of new line marking
  • Road expansion (near entrance to Suez facility) – decommissioning of existing kerb and gutter, excavation and fill placement of expanded road section
  • Speed hump to be adjusted to suite dedicated cycle path and pedestrian walkway as required
  • Stormwater drain on the corner of the road to be extended and relocated as required.
  • Investigate the stormwater connection to determine pipe sizing etc.
  • Manage all traffic and safety of Suez customers and the public
  • Conduct all necessary Dial Before You Dig and protect all known services.
  • Disposal of surplus excavated material on site (verified by WAMC)
  • All general waste to be disposed of appropriately in the 10m3 waste bin that has been provided on site.

  • Provide all necessary surveys set outs and supply of As Built plans upon completion for all works
  • Clearing and grubbing, vegetation (trees to be mulched) and left on site
  • Manage works around existing services including working under overhead power line (AusGrid)
  • Removal of fencing and reinstate fencing following completed works (new fencing)
  • Cut and fill as required
  • Compact and prepare necessary subgrade
  • Supply and placement of road surface
  • Widening of existing Suez Access Road (CH 70 to 120)
